CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
BARBELL
This is the Original Barbell Class that strengthens your entire body –a fun and effective workout that challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. We add Push-ups, Planks, and other total body strengtheners for a workout you just can’t get anywhere else. You can burn up to 600 calories per class and completely redesign your body!
BODYBLAST
Body Blast has it all! Work each muscle group then add bursts of cardio in between to jumpstart your metabolism, tone muscle and strengthen your core. No complicated choreography, just physically challenging, athletic drills and effective body sculpting exercises. This class is designed to build muscle, burn calories and rev up your metabolism! All equipment provided.
POWER PILATES
An innovative system of mind-body exercise evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates. Pilates teaches body awareness and good posture while increasing core and total body strength, flexibility, lung capacity, and agility. Practiced regularly Pilates will reshape your body, improve your memory and concentration, and enhance your whole life! You will work with various props (balls, tubing, bars to use, light weights and gliders) included! If you would like a Pilates Ring to use during class, please bring your own. Classes vary each time. All levels welcome.
PILATES&YOGA
The Pilates you love, with a focus on flexibility. We will perform the basics of our Power Pilates program and integrate Hatha Yoga postures. If you would like a Yoga sticky mat, please bring your own. All other props will be provided for you.
